Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will provide expertise in the area of DoD Cyber Mission Force (CMF) training and operations. This includes utilizing their knowledge across the full spectrum of cyber operations to:

  • Support the planning, execution, and operations of cyber test and training events.
  • Inform the development and implementation of cyber training software and ranges.
  • Conduct research and analysis of emerging DoD cyber training, testing, and operational requirements, including organizational structures and roles.
  • Support the development of processes and material solutions to satisfy emerging cyber training, testing, and operational requirements.
  • Lead customer engagement and the development of strategic partnerships.
  • Support business development and proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with DoD CMF operators, organizations, and leaders.
  • Support the development of written proposals to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives to develop requirements from customer input, interpret high-level requirements, and implicit requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Support technical staff in the design, implementation, test, and operation of cyber range applications and services.
  • Develop documentation and presentations.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or degree from a qualified cyber training program required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience as a DoD CMF operator or equivalent, or experience leading organizations responsible for the training and operations of CMF operators.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a DoD CMF operator, either active duty or contractor.
  • A high-level understanding of the organizations, TTPs, training cycles, and operational capabilities and needs of OCO and DCO operators, including intelligence collection and utilization.
  • Ability to prepare and brief at a quality suitable for a General Officer.
  • Must have demonstrable ability to lead and manage teams with minimal supervision, and to exercise independent judgment in task execution.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • Certifications that meet IAT Level II or greater qualifications.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance:

  • Ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance.
