Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mid-level Program Analyst to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience serving as a staff officer on a senior-level staff, with a strong background in cyber operations and information technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advisor and Analyst: Serve as an advisor and analyst on cyber operations and information technology initiatives, providing expert guidance on program-related issues.
  • Program Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of program performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
  • Reporting and Briefing: Develop and present detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government officials, technical teams, and other contractors, to ensure seamless integration of cyber and IT solutions.
  • Program Metrics Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate program metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Program Strategy Development: Assist in the development and execution of program strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Cyber Threat Guidance: Provide guidance on cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Operational Planning: Support the planning and coordination of operational activities, ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Technology Implementation: Facilitate the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Experience: 5 to 10+ years serving as a staff officer or similar in a senior-level staff in a defense or intelligence environment.
  • Cyber Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of cyber operations and information technology, with a deep understanding of current threats and defensive measures.
  • Analysis and Communication: Proven ability to analyze complex data, develop strategic recommendations, and communicate findings effectively to senior leaders.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management and familiarity with relevant software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are preferred.
