Overview:
The Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP are in search of a passionate and experienced Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships. This key position is essential for enhancing existing sponsor relationships while actively cultivating a strong corporate pipeline to discover new opportunities and increase sponsorship revenue. The role also includes leadership of the Club AMP Program, management of box seat sales, and oversight of all event sponsorships. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who prioritizes relationship-building, is proactive, and has a genuine enthusiasm for their work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate sponsors for both Walmart AMP and Walton Arts Center.
- Act as the primary on-site liaison in the Sponsor Lounge at Walmart AMP.
- Strategically plan and implement annual sponsorships, box seat sales, Club AMP, and special fundraising events, with a combined revenue responsibility of approximately $5 million.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with sponsors through exceptional customer service and ongoing engagement to understand their needs and ensure retention.
- Develop innovative sponsorship proposals and packages to meet demand and adapt to opportunities presented by potential new venues and programs.
- Lead the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) in member solicitation and strategic initiatives.
- Engage corporate donors to support signature fundraising events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in sponsorship management, fundraising, or business development.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the corporate sponsorship landscape and the ability to craft compelling proposals tailored to the needs and objectives of potential sponsors.
- Relationship-focused and customer service-oriented with excellent follow-up capabilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in managing confidential information.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage sponsor agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for live performance.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary is commensurate with experience, with an annual salary range of $125,000 - $135,000 and bonus opportunities.
- Annual salary reviews will be conducted.
- Annual Employee Performance Appraisals.
- Twelve days of paid vacation annually, accruing bi-weekly, along with additional personal days and paid holidays.
