Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst role in Agency/Marketing Analytics will deliver strategic analytical support for Corporate Agency. This position is responsible for generating insights that inform strategy, track execution, and enhance optimization efforts. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with business partners to understand objectives and developing analytical strategies to create actionable insights that guide decision-making.
  • Formulating hypotheses, collecting and analyzing data, interpreting results, and recommending subsequent actions.
  • Utilizing profiling, segmentation, and various statistical techniques to identify performance-related attributes.
  • Working with business partners to determine predictive model requirements and participating in model development and maintenance.
  • Supporting the overall analytics needs of business partners through enterprise-wide collaboration, delivering a comprehensive view that leverages insights from the broader analytics community.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and presenting opportunities for innovation.
  • Proactively identifying ways to enhance efficiency and consistency in work processes.
  • Identifying relevant stakeholders and fostering collaboration to encourage diverse perspectives.
NOTE: This role requires a Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant analytics-oriented field (Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) is preferred. Professional experience in analytics and familiarity with Agency operations is highly desired.
  • Proficient in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex data sets with strong SQL skills, translating data into clear narratives that inform business decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create presentations that effectively convey insights to various levels of leadership and executive audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused and innovative mindset.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and a growth mindset that fosters a strong team culture and encourages deeper analytics exploration.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships that enable close collaboration and alignment across teams and departments.
  • Exhibits leadership qualities in all aspects of work and can influence across teams and upward, when appropriate.
Candidates selected for the interview process may be asked to provide a work sample demonstrating SQL proficiency.
