Work Environment:
HYBRID: Candidates located in or near designated hub locations are expected to work both remotely and in-office.
REMOTE: Candidates outside of hub locations may be eligible for fully remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Analytics Specialist will focus on delivering insights, optimizing performance, measuring outcomes, conducting advanced statistical analyses, designing experiments, and providing actionable recommendations for marketing strategies targeting lower and mid-funnel tactics.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analyzing and reporting on marketing initiatives, particularly in direct marketing channels such as email and text messaging, and will understand the application of machine learning models in marketing execution.

Key Duties Include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to establish marketing goals and objectives.
  • Utilizing data to extract insights that guide marketing strategy execution.
  • Applying analytical and quantitative skills to test hypotheses, validate assumptions, generate insights, and measure success.
  • Preparing and presenting complex data in clear reports and dashboards that drive informed decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and consistency in processes.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and proposing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets to provide insights across diverse business needs.
  • Experience in evaluating lower and mid-funnel marketing performance, particularly in direct marketing.
  • Knowledge of experimental design and advanced statistical methodologies.
  • Skilled in creating reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with various computing platforms, with a focus on AWS and familiarity with others (e.g., Hadoop, DB2).
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or SAS, with the ability to quickly learn new programming languages.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
