Client Relationship Manager

Role ResponsibilitiesThe Client Relationship Manager will oversee the operational aspects of a designated client service area. This role is primarily focused on external B2B account management, providing essential field support that includes:
- Training and onboarding new clients
- Conducting inspections to ensure contractor performance meets client standards
- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinating site visits
- Building long-term partnerships with clients and contractors
Additional duties encompass:
- Negotiating service contracts
- Securing supplies from clients
- Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
In this role, you will:
- Manage all facets of client relationships, focusing on retention, growth, and diversification of City Wide's services and products.
- Develop and implement effective service strategies tailored to each client.
- Negotiate and formalize agreements for additional services, including pricing and logistics.
- Oversee contractor relationships, including hiring, pricing negotiations, and compliance verification.
- Ensure excellence in service quality through detailed inspections and consistent follow-through on commitments.
- Supervise Night Managers to ensure the execution of client strategies and service delivery.
- Facilitate the procurement and monitoring of supplies for clients.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and the operations team regarding client issues.
- Utilize the company's CRM for client inspections and service management.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including Building Information Sheets and compliance records.
- Assist in resolving client complaints and ensuring service compliance.
- Support accounting in managing client invoices and payments.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in facility management or building maintenance.
- A proven track record in client retention with measurable success.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
- A positive demeanor with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- The ability to travel locally to client sites.
