Position Overview

Role Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Manager will oversee the operational aspects of a designated client service area. This role is primarily focused on external B2B account management, providing essential field support that includes:

  • Training and onboarding new clients
  • Conducting inspections to ensure contractor performance meets client standards
  • Addressing customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinating site visits
  • Building long-term partnerships with clients and contractors

Additional duties encompass:

  • Negotiating service contracts
  • Securing supplies from clients
  • Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
Key Functions

In this role, you will:

  • Manage all facets of client relationships, focusing on retention, growth, and diversification of City Wide's services and products.
  • Develop and implement effective service strategies tailored to each client.
  • Negotiate and formalize agreements for additional services, including pricing and logistics.
  • Oversee contractor relationships, including hiring, pricing negotiations, and compliance verification.
  • Ensure excellence in service quality through detailed inspections and consistent follow-through on commitments.
  • Supervise Night Managers to ensure the execution of client strategies and service delivery.
  • Facilitate the procurement and monitoring of supplies for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and the operations team regarding client issues.
  • Utilize the company's CRM for client inspections and service management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including Building Information Sheets and compliance records.
  • Assist in resolving client complaints and ensuring service compliance.
  • Support accounting in managing client invoices and payments.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in facility management or building maintenance.
  • A proven track record in client retention with measurable success.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
  • A positive demeanor with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • The ability to travel locally to client sites.
