Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Secretary I to support Western Area Power Administration. This is a hybrid position located in Folsom, California.

The role of the Operations Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to federal personnel and perform various tasks such as taking notes for meetings, arranging travel, timekeeping, document processing, purchasing and reimbursement, event support, calendar and resource management, intranet site updates, resource scheduling and coordination, multi-line phone coverage, and office assistance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team onsite and be able to deliver results. The salary for this position is estimated to be $23.29 per hour based on the location and job requirements.
