  • Estimate the amounts and costs of required supplies, including food and ingredients.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop recipes and menus, considering seasonal ingredient availability and customer volume.
  • Analyze recipes to determine pricing for menu items based on ingredient costs, labor, and overhead.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of food items.
  • Plan production schedules and determine staffing needs to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Recruit and hire kitchen personnel, including cooks and support staff.
  • Engage with clients to discuss menu options for special events, such as weddings and banquets.

Qualifications
