Position Overview:

  • Provide essential support in Mortgage Lending, which may encompass roles such as Mortgage Support Assistants, Mortgage Processing, and Mortgage Closing.
  • Deliver a range of administrative assistance within designated business units to facilitate daily operations.
  • Work under direct supervision, adhering to established processes and procedures to complete routine tasks.
  • Address inquiries from both internal and external sources to ensure prompt, accurate, and effective service.
  • Act as a contact coordinator by managing general phone inquiries, directing visitor traffic, and organizing events and meetings.
  • Engage in an entry-level administrative capacity, performing tasks with limited autonomy.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Experience in leadership within a retail or restaurant environment is advantageous.
  • Financial background is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with Excel and SharePoint is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Standard work schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Initial six months are fully onsite, with potential for hybrid work thereafter.
