Automation Specialist

As an Automation Engineer at Actalent, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include creating electrical designs, programming PLCs and HMIs, and collaborating with project managers to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop electrical systems, including schematics and Bills of Material
- Program PLCs and HMIs to control and monitor industrial processes
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Coordinate with purchasing to specify parts and materials
- Guide manufacturing teams in wiring assemblies and electrical installations
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles and PLC programming
- Experience with CAD software and electrical design tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites
