Position Overview:
A Project Coordination Specialist is sought for a leading global energy firm. This role is designed for remote engagement.

The responsibilities encompass overseeing projects and initiatives, organizing events, managing client interactions, and supervising performance evaluations along with financial oversight, all while employing effective communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project or program execution and coordination of both routine and special events.
- Facilitate high-profile client visits and special occasions.
- Oversee Six Sigma initiatives and/or financial tracking, productivity analysis, and performance metrics.
- Confidentially handle performance reviews, ratings, compensation, and other personnel processes for exempt and officer-level staff.
- Act as the representative of the organization to clients, distributors, suppliers, and external agencies.
- Draft correspondence, respond to inquiries, manage calls, and resolve client issues.
- Maintain databases, conduct research, analyze, and report on data, including financial information.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
- Capacity to perform under pressure, demonstrate intuition, and manage complex tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with data entry and reporting skills.

Experience and Education:
- Preferred college degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years in Program Management or Project Management roles.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience level: Mid to Senior
