Audit Services Overview
Our experienced audit team fosters long-term relationships built on trust and timely service. We specialize in industry-specific audit services, helping clients achieve strategic growth while optimizing costs and enhancing profitability.

Role Summary
The Manager is tasked with overseeing specialized areas, ensuring the completion of audits, tax returns, and complex accounting projects. This role requires proficiency in relevant accounting functions and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client and firm operations.
  • Manage complex audit engagements and billing processes.
  • Conduct audits under shareholder supervision.
  • Possess strong knowledge of GASB, FASB, GAS, and GAGAS standards.
  • Establish expertise in specific accounting areas, such as budgets and information systems.
  • Delegate and supervise audit tasks, ensuring quality control.
  • Utilize technical expertise to contribute to firm committees and lead teams.
  • Adhere to work hours and billable time expectations, including overtime as necessary.
  • Engage in marketing efforts to attract new clients and promote firm services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed CPA in accordance with state regulations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including 3 years in public accounting.

Skills for Success:

  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly spreadsheets.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to oversee and ensure the quality of work produced by others.
