Responsibilities and Duties

As a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide with Right at Home Irving/Arlington, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes. This may include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to client instructions
  • Accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments
  • Providing companionship and engaging in activities such as reading, music, or puzzles
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
  • Minimum 1 year paid experience in a skilled or assisted living facility, home health, or hospice agency
  • Ability to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance and possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
  • CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred but not required
