Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Tipton Asset Group, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate and enforce leases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain the property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs.
- Attract new tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, and showcasing the benefits of our properties.
- Assist with the management of leasing agents and provide clear instructions on daily goals and objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a leasing consultant or assistant manager.
- Working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite.
