Caregiver Specialist

At AccentCare, we believe that providing exceptional care to our clients is a team effort. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Providing non-medical support, including personal care assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Assisting with medication reminders and providing companionship to our clients.
- Helping our clients maintain their physical and emotional well-being through supportive care and activities.
Our Investment in You:
- A competitive hourly rate of $16 for full-time drivers and $13-$15 for non-drivers.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, life insurance, and medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.
- Optional 401(k) and flexible scheduling to support your work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- At least six months of experience working with a home health agency or in a facility providing caregiving services.
- A valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
- Availability to work alternating weekends and be on call during the week.
