About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Care Specialist to join our team at Enovis. As a key member of our Field Services Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support in an orthopedic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and training on orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Manage assigned territories, including brace fitting in patient homes and coverage of staffed office accounts.
  • Offer routine customer service to patients, physicians, and other clinical staff.
  • Ensure that medical equipment is delivered to patients in proper working condition and meets the prescribing physician's order.
  • Perform inventory management and participate in required audits.
  • Verify patient benefits using automation tools and collect patient responsibility.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
  • Adhere to Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
  • Travel up to 95% of the time, visiting various locations using own transportation.
