Overview

Quincy Medical Group, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled Intervention Specialist or Behavioral Health Care Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team. With over 155 physicians and providers across West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri, we continue to set the standard for innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal mental and emotional well-being.

This is a salaried, exempt position with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and be eligible to sit for LPC or LSW licensure, or hold a valid LCSW or LCPC license in the state. Experience working with diverse populations and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
