Job Summary:

We are seeking a Surgical Support Anesthesia Associate to join our team at Penn Gastrointestinal Surgery Radnor. This role will provide ancillary assistance to anesthesia and the ambulatory surgery facility (ASF) team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage equipment and inventory in the operating room and maintain the ASF environmental conditions.
  • Order and stock supplies used for anesthesia and OR, and set up, clean up, and maintain equipment used in the provision of anesthesia and surgical care.
  • Prepare the operating room suites for the delivery of anesthesia, surgical, and nursing care.
  • Participate in the delivery of patient care under the direct supervision of the RN and/or physician.
Requirements:
  • Certified Anesthesia Technician (CAT) certification or equivalent experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of previous hospital experience.
