About the Role

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate sales in the region, focusing on new accounts and driving leads to grow underpenetrated accounts.
  • Provide product insights to clients regarding essential lines of business, working in conjunction with various departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to support the company in achieving profitable revenue growth.
  • Deepen existing business relationships by increasing account satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Successfully propose, negotiate, and close profitable revenue opportunities at existing and new account locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7+ years of experience in sales and/or sales management for a large distributed, service-focused sales organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategy, target customer selection, sales processes, and account development.
  • Experience in B2B markets, complex selling, and commercial sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, project planning, and management experience.
  • Ability to influence and cultivate strong internal relationships and develop sales support resources.
