About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Sales Representative to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Coffee Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Nespresso products to customers in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the features and benefits of Nespresso products.
  • Build relationships with customers and understand their coffee preferences to make personalized recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of Nespresso sales in the region.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with store associates to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of coffee culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
