Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hampton Inn Harrisonburg - South. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, providing accurate information and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records of hotel operations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing personalized solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
  • Possess a strong understanding of hotel operations, including policies, procedures, and services offered.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our competitive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, employee assistance program, and 401(k) retirement plan.
