About Us

We're Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based out of Austin, TX with over 80 clubs and growing. Since 2016, we have expanded from 16 locations in TX to over 80 locations in six states, including great markets like Austin, Dallas, Raleigh, Tulsa, and NW Arkansas.

We're opening 10+ new clubs annually, providing ample opportunities for career growth. In fact, most of our senior managers started at the front desk and progressed to higher roles, earning salaries that begin at $42k as a GM, $60k as a Regional Manager (responsible for 5-10 locations), and up to over $100k as a Regional Director overseeing 10+ locations.

Job Description
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Checking members into the system.
  • Taking prospective members on tours and assisting them with the new account sign-up process.
  • Facilitating needed updates to member's accounts.
  • Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintaining detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills, able to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
  • A positive mental attitude is essential.
  • Customer service background is preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are must-haves.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
