About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at CenterPointe Hospital. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and clinical staff, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Two or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
