About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Direct Support Professional 3 to join our team in providing exceptional support and assistance in Level 3 residential programs. As a Direct Support Professional 3, you will work closely with individuals who require daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living while managing within a home environment and in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide individualized support and assistance in all activities of daily living, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
  2. Create opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and foster independence through goal-oriented support and guidance.
  3. Ensure that services are delivered according to applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.
  4. Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's Degree or DSP Certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain clear and articulate records.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Estimated Salary: $44,000 - $55,000 per year
