Puzzle Solutions Holdings LLC is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Support Staff Professional in our residential programs for adults.

Job Description:

The Direct Support Staff provides support and supervision to intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals, individuals with traumatic brain injury, and individuals with high-risk behaviors and significant forensic issues residing in group residences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a safe environment and ensure the safety and human rights of individuals are being met in a residential setting.
  2. Assist and supervise individuals with all activities of daily living, including personal care, household chores, meal preparation, and community activities.
  3. Transport individuals to medical, dental, and other appointments as assigned.
  4. Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and follow behavior plans.
  5. Document all interactions and incidents in a timely manner.

A successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
