We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Technician to join our team at Spire Orthopedic Partners. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced medical environment and have excellent communication skills. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the registered nurse in implementing a plan of care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures. You will also anticipate physician needs and provide scopes, supplies, and equipment in a safe manner.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience as an endoscopy technician and a high school diploma or equivalent. They will also possess a working knowledge of office equipment and software, familiarity with HIPAA, insurance regulations, policies, procedures, and other regulatory policies. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain enthusiasm while facing a high volume and a large variety of duties, organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, extremely reliable, patient, and professional, react calmly and effectively under stress, interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures appropriately, and ability to develop and maintain effective and professional working relationships with patients, medical staff, coworkers, and the public by demonstrating empathy and tact.
