About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 3 to join our team at Bridgewell. In this role, you will provide critical support and assistance to individuals with disabilities and other life challenges, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with disabilities and other life challenges.
  2. Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and skill-building.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies and procedures.
