About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior HRBP to lead our HR strategy and operations. In this high-impact role, you'll drive HR strategy and talent management initiatives, optimize our OKR+ performance system and IOM processes, lead the growth and development of our Partners Program, oversee core HR operations and compliance, enhance our recruiting capabilities and employer brand, and contribute to operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead the OKR+ performance management system, including weekly sprint check-ins and metrics reviews
  • Manage and evolve the Partners Program, including PSB calculations and program improvements
  • Oversee core HR operations, including benefits administration and compliance
  • Drive recruiting efforts, leveraging AI tools for candidate evaluation
  • Enhance 's employer brand and oversee PR efforts related to our workplace culture
  • Manage facilities and remote work strategies to support company culture
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
  • Oversee budgeting and financial processes related to HR and operations
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement
About You

We're open to exceptional candidates at various levels - title and compensation will be commensurate with experience and impact.

Must-Haves:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR and operations
  • Experience implementing and managing performance management systems (OKRs or similar)
  • Strong understanding of HR analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with AI integration in HR and recruiting processes
  • Background in facilities management or remote work strategy development
  • Knowledge of equity compensation and profit-sharing programs
  • Experience in the tech or e-commerce industries
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
