Job Summary:

A Senior Partner Strategy Analyst specializing in Compensation & Blueprint is responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies and frameworks that align with the company's business objectives and partner ecosystem. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation Strategy Development: Design and implement compensation structures, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and equity plans.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  3. Blueprint Development: Develop and maintain blueprints for partner compensation models, ensuring they are scalable and adaptable to changing business needs.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, HR, finance, and other departments to align compensation strategies with overall business goals.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Compliance: Ensure all compensation practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
