Job Overview

Trigo ADR Americas is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and expanding key initiatives within the supplier quality organization, including compliance, process and product audits, and quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality evaluations, control systems, and protocols to ensure reliability and conformance of products and processes.
  • Provide explanations of testing and inspection plans, methods, and technologies to assure quality standards.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for nonconformities and design problems.
  • Utilize quality engineering tools and systems to identify risk in product development and propose risk management solutions.
  • Review and ensure requirements are met for work transfer and process change management.
  • Develop proactive quality initiative strategies and drive their implementation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer in an Aerospace Manufacturing Environment.
  • 5-8 years of FAI experience with AS9102 (FAI) standards at a quality engineering level.
  • Strong understanding of various engineering processes, standard drawings conventions, and interpreting drawing specifications.
  • 5-8 years' experience with the ISO9100 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems Processes.
  • Knowledge of FAA, EAR, and ITAR standards and regulations.
