As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring, documenting, and troubleshooting industrial instrumentation mechanical equipment, electronic monitoring, metering, controlling, and signaling devices used in the operation of Building Automation Systems and Critical Environments.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and document industrial instrumentation mechanical equipment, electronic monitoring, metering, controlling, and signaling devices
- Troubleshoot complex system faults and casualties
- Manage and escalate casualty events
- Review equipment for optimum energy strategies
- Setup and troubleshoot Microsoft OS and Office environments
- Interpret complex system reports and analyze for optimum performance
- Support Mechanical Technicians on system repair/operation
- Train Mechanical Technicians on control system operation
- Mechanical understanding of equipment operated such as Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Air Handling Units, and Terminal Cooling Units
- Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer Fundamentals
- Ability to respond to dynamic system faults and casualties and maintain Critical Environments
- Proper escalation and management of casualty events
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of energy conservation guidelines
- Understand and demonstrate the ability to review equipment for optimum energy strategies
- Setup and troubleshooting of current Microsoft OS and Office environments
- Ability to interpret complex system reports and analyze for optimum performance
- Support Mechanical Technicians on system repair/operation
- Train Mechanical Technicians on control system operation
