Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Specialist, your duties will encompass:

  • Installing, maintaining, and diagnosing issues related to high-speed internet, video, and voice networks, including all associated wiring and equipment.
  • Conducting maintenance and repairs on external plant facilities.
  • Engaging in physical tasks such as climbing poles, utilizing tools to excavate and bury cables, working within utility access points, and identifying buried telephone lines.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Providing assistance to fellow technical staff as needed.
  • Actively participating in sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Managing customer-facing tasks and directing sales referrals.

Work Schedule

This position may require flexibility in working hours, including potential overtime, weekend, and holiday shifts.
