Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our ongoing success within the Northern California transportation sector.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct project teams to ensure the successful execution of high-quality results while effectively managing quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Manage and oversee projects with expertise, including business development and client interaction.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to explore future prospects and represent the firm during project discussions.
  • Build and lead a unified team, offering training, support, and conducting skills evaluations to align with project objectives.
  • Engage in workshops and firm-wide initiatives to set goals and outline strategies for transportation projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing transportation projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid onsite work model.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $145,000 - $168,000, commensurate with location, skills, experience, and performance.
  • Comprehensive health coverage: 100% for medical, dental, vision, and 50% for dependents.
