Job Title: Store Manager

The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Development: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, maintain visual merchandising standards, and lead by example on the selling floor.
  • Drive Sales & Profitability: Meet or exceed sales and profit targets, control expenses, and implement strategies to maximize store sales.
  • Operational Effectiveness: Manage payroll, loss prevention, and policy compliance to maintain store efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of store management experience with a proven track record of driving sales and profit results.
  • Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.
