Position Overview

The Hospitality Trade Coordinator plays a vital role in preserving the visual identity of Delicato Family Wines. This position is responsible for maintaining the artistic integrity of in-store visual merchandising, creating engaging displays that reflect the brand's perspective and drive sales of wine and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties
  • Receives visual direction from the Merchandising Director
  • Collaborates with the Merchandiser to implement design changes, both minor and major
  • Achieves daily merchandising goals and display targets
  • Ensures timely and careful placement of new products on the retail floor
  • Maintains the visual standards set by Delicato Family Wines on the sales floor
  • Supports event preparations with display arrangements before and after events
  • Upholds the standards of Delicato Family Wines during event setup and teardown

*Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment

Skills and Attributes

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about visual merchandising and product presentation
  • Creative, driven, innovative, and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions and priorities
  • Familiarity with basic construction tools and techniques
Work Environment
  • General winery setting
  • Indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions
  • May occasionally require lifting and transporting cases of wine
