Job Title: Senior Assistant Customer Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Customer Support professional to join our team at Gainwell Technologies. As a Senior Assistant Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with Medicaid policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
