About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gainwell Technologies. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their members.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable and timely responses to client inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Solve client problems efficiently and effectively, updating account history and following up with clients to confirm resolution.
- Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and consistently meet production targets.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to resolve client inquiries, cross-training new resources in customer service processes.
- Process client inquiries more efficiently and effectively by reviewing and recommending changes to procedures and workflow.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a help desk or technical support role.
- Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally.
- Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries.
- A Harver Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment, which helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
What You Can Expect
- This is a hybrid work environment, with a mix of remote and on-site work.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation.
Training and Development
- Approximately 2 weeks of on-site training.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
