Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all post-casting processes are conducted in accordance with established methods, materials, and equipment specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will modify and/or approve work instructions for post-casting operations such as shell removal, gate removal, machining, surface preparation, finishing, and dimensional processes.
  • Monitor post-casting processes to ensure they remain stable, sustainable, and within control limits.
  • Conduct regular audits of post-casting processes using MSAT standards.
  • Identify root causes of deviations from critical processes and develop timely action plans to address these deviations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address causes of scrap and rework, as well as implement process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Support operator training on new methods or instructions.
  • Perform data retrieval and analysis using tools like Excel, PowerBI, and other relevant software.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both shop floor personnel and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

This role requires flexibility to work off-shift hours or weekends as needed for training or technical support.
