Supply Chain Quality Manager

About the Role:
\The Supply Chain Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every component meets TE Sensors quality requirements by leading activities with suppliers. This critical role plays a significant part in building a best-in-class supply base that fosters a "zero defect quality culture" and drives substantial business benefits.

\Responsibilities:

- Lead supplier quality initiatives to ensure compliance with TE Sensors' quality standards\
- Develop and implement effective supplier performance metrics and evaluation procedures\
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to drive quality improvements and cost reductions\
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address quality-related issues\
- Contribute to the development of quality policies, procedures, and training programs\\
- Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, quality data, and other relevant information\\
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\\
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards\\
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth\\
- Provide expert guidance on quality-related matters to colleagues and partners\\
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality-related topics and participate in internal committees and working groups\\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain expertise and share knowledge with the team\\
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\\
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and executive leadership\\
- Travel may be required (up to 20%) to visit suppliers, attend industry events, or participate in training sessions\\

Requirements:
\To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, supply chain management, quality assurance)\
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management, quality assurance, or a related field\
- Proven track record of driving quality improvements, cost reductions, and process efficiencies\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders\
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines\\
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry-specific regulations\\
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices\\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\\
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)\\/ul\common>
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
