**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in your assigned region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of 10 sales professionals and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in your assigned region.
  • Manage sales costs and ensure they are within the predetermined goal.
  • Responsible for overall sales growth at the top line and booked margin increase year-over-year.

**Customer Experience Management**

  • Have an in-depth understanding of customer needs, pain points, and challenges, and work with the sales and operational teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Provide guidance and set expectations and guardrails when developing customized pricing strategies and plans.
  • Act as lead negotiator on large and complex opportunities.
