Job Title: Vice President of Logistics and Operations

Vivid Impact is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to serve as Vice President of Logistics and Operations. This key role will oversee the entire logistics and operations function, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics and operations, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of logistics and operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies in logistics and operations.
  • Manage the logistics and operations budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing profitability.
  • Oversee the entire logistics and operations process, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve logistics and operations efficiency.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to create training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and operational performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, including Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments and with executive leadership.
