Position Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing Sports and Entertainment sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage sales pipeline, prospect, and assess sales potential.
  • Create targeted prospecting lists to identify and win new Enterprise level customers focused in the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Develop programs to generate a solid flow of leads through cold calling, networking, and other forms of outreach sequences.
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • Assist with generating new partners and integrations partners.
  • Meet and exceed lead/opportunity targets and outcomes within company schedule.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Successfully promote and 'sell' the solution using well-formed use-cases to prospective customers.
  • Win and grow new and existing businesses by working with Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in a B2B BDR/SDR role, ideally from a SaaS/ERP/API company.
  • New business hunger.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding results and a track record of over performance.
  • Ideally worked in a start-up environment.
  • Highly organized.
Compensation

Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 with an attractive commission structure if over achieving goals.
