Job Title: Construction Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Division's job start process, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Handle essential forms and document postings promptly, maintaining accurate records.
  • Compile and update reports, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Perform data entry, ensuring seamless communication with Construction Managers.
  • Coordinate with Construction Managers, maintaining a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Maintain files, processing invoices, and answering phones in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience required.
  • Professional attitude required to positively represent the company.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and JD Edwards.
  • Strong follow-up, communication (both written and verbal), and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines professionally.
