Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Clerk to join our team at ECS Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the organization in filing, scanning, copying, and data entry tasks
  • Maintain accurate and complete filing of employee documentation
  • Compare corporate personnel files with branch office files of terminated employees to ensure corporate files are complete
  • Search for and investigate information contained in files, and update file records to keep files current
  • Manage incoming materials, verify accuracy, sort, distribute, and code information according to current procedures
  • Scan materials or copy records and examine materials for eligibility
  • Implement changes to the filing system as directed, and dispose of purged employee files in accordance with an established data retention schedule or legal requirements
  • Scan payroll reports, receive incoming mail/packages, and deliver them to the addressee
  • Enter PCTP/MAT/BPM courses taken by employees into the HRIS system
  • Maintain a list of labor law posters for offices and work with the labor law poster company regarding shipment as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources support
