Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Steve Brown Apartments. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for painting apartments and common areas, as well as performing level 1 maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paint apartments and common areas to maintain a high level of quality and appearance
  • Perform level 1 maintenance tasks, including daily routine, preventative, emergency, and remodeling maintenance
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in the trades or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Specialized expertise in painting and maintenance a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
