Job Summary

The Technical Process Operator (Rotary Dept.) role is responsible for controlling, operating, and maintaining multiple high-speed bag making production equipment. This position requires a strong focus on safety and efficiency in conducting changeovers and troubleshooting process and equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain high-speed bag making production equipment
  • Conduct changeovers and troubleshoot process and equipment issues
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
