Join Our Team as an Optical Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team at Target Optical. As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional optical experience for our guests by providing expert advice and guidance on eyewear selection and vision care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
  • Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
  • Participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale system, computers, and calculators.
  • Basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
