Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, political science, planning, or data analysis.
  • At least six years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and operational improvement.
  • Three years of supervision or management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with data management systems, business intelligence tools, and data visualization software.
