Job Title: Multi-Unit Team Leader

At H&R Block, we're seeking a talented and experienced Multi-Unit Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to our tax offices, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage multiple tax offices, providing guidance and support to our teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement growth plans, focusing on client acquisition and retention, and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our District General Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business results.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
