Business Development Representative

Bosma Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for diversifying our vendor portfolio of manufacturer partners and customers, and recruiting, developing, and managing those accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop new business opportunities within Bosma's specific niche markets.
- Identify and develop potential new production opportunities and services for customers.
- Develop customer relationships and communicate frequently with prospects and customers through phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person visits.
- Build a portfolio of clients from current relationships and actively research and seek out new prospects.
- Analyze market conditions to determine marketing strategies and opportunities for new accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in Business Development or an equivalent position.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
